Experts Only Drops Sixth Volume of ‘Excursions’ for Miami Music Week

**John Summit’s Experts Only is celebrating its massive Miami Music Week run in style by dropping the latest volume of Excursions with tunes from Broken Hill, Rohaan, and more.**

Miami Music Week started with a bang this year at Club Space, where Experts Only hosted an insane 21-hour takeover of the venue. The night featured some of the most forward-thinking newcomers in the scene, along with some familiar faces, and saw John Summit throw down a lengthy set that’s continued to be the talk of the town.

That wasn’t the end of John Summit and Experts Only’s run during MMW either, as the label boss is slated to help close down Ultra Music Festival on Sunday, and the label launched a new channel on SiriusXM. As an added cherry on top, they’ve also released the latest volume of their compilation series, Excursions, to offer some fantastic tunes for fans to feast their ears on.

Much akin to previous volumes, Excursions, Vol. 6 showcases a dynamic range of movers and shakers in the scene. Leading the charge are Maesic, Samson, and America Foster with their tune “Hush Up,” which kicks off the house-fueled ride in style. “Illicit Dust” from G-POL and “Eyez On Me” from NO STATIC arrive next with their glitchy grooves in tow, while Alt Control takes things to a trippier, indie dance realm on “Running.”

As the compilation comes to a close, Rohaan brings a dose of UK bass to the forefront on “Shadow,” which properly shakes up the vibe with some bouncy energy. Meanwhile, it’s Broken Hill to carry everyone home with “Shot My Heart,” a hypnotic groover that was clearly made with the dancefloor in mind.
