Zac Brown Band surprised more than 37,000 fans at Fenway Park on Sunday night by giving every person in attendance a free cruise for two. Brown announced the giveaway shortly before the band performed its 2021 song “Same Boat,” saying to the crowd, “Tonight we’re going to do something even Jimmy would say is crazy. I’m buying every single person here a cruise for two people on the boat.” The giveaway is valued at more than $40 million and was billed by organizers as the largest surprise audience gift in live entertainment history.
