TVOD detail upcoming album, The Farm

The Farm is set to arrive less than a year after the release of TVOD's debut album Party Time, with "Rerun" arriving as the first preview of the upcoming record. Speaking about the single, the band say: "Reasons for desperately needing to quit your day job, move away from your hometown, and start a fresh self-destructive spiral. Change the goddamn channel."

The Farm was recorded at Nave Studios in Leeds with producer Danny Blackburn of Adult DVD, drawing inspiration from the underground influence of the Brooklyn music scene. The album was written partly on a farm in Neufchâtel-en-Bray, France. Examining power, hypocrisy, and disillusionment with modern society, it draws inspiration from a commandment from George Orwell's 1945 novel Animal Farm: “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

Ahead of the album's release, TVOD will be touring the United Kingdom and Europe this summer, with dates scheduled across Brighton, London, Manchester, Nottingham, and more.
