SVDDEN DEATH Shares Lineup for Hollywood Palladium Double Header

Getter will share the Hollywood Palladium stage with SVDDEN DEATH on both nights, with artists like MVRDA, Phiso, and The Resistance on support.

In February, heavy dubstep don SVDDEN DEATH announced a double header at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles slated for April 10-11, with Getter also set to perform both nights. With less than a month to go, the entire outing’s full lineup is now available.

Before SVDDEN DEATH (real name Danny Howland) or Getter (real name Tanner Petulla) take the stage on night one, UK dubstep mainstay MVRDA will play a back-to-back set with Canadian talent Phiso. This is after warmup sets by up-and-comers bejalvin and grape milk.

Night two sees Howland and Petulla switch things up a little. The former will perform a rare b3b set alongside masked producer yvm3 and UK bass artist Nimda under the collective alias SYN, and the latter will deliver a throwback set. Openers otsukare and jedwill are slated to get the night started, followed by a set from masked supergroup The Resistance.

Based in Los Angeles, Howland has released music under the SVDDEN DEATH moniker since his 2015 single “Regulate.” He has since become equally famous for macabre visual themes and his highly immersive VOYD stage shows, not to mention the riotous mosh pits that break out at them.

Petulla, who hails from San Jose, became active in 2011 and buoyed his inventive style of heavy dubstep with viral content on the now defunct platform Vine. After a post-pandemic hiatus that lasted several years, he returned to music with a July 2025 show at the Hollywood Vermont.

The day before announcing the full Hollywood Palladium double header lineup, Howland and Petulla shared a collaboration titled “Unorthodox.” It remains to be seen whether they’ll dish out additional music in the lead-up to the April event.
