Rihanna and A$AP Rocky Were in Airstream at Time of Shooting: “They Easily Could Have Been Hit”

More details have emerged about the targeted shooting at Rihanna’s home and how close it came to becoming a tragedy. Over the weekend, a 35-year-old woman allegedly fired 10 shots from an AR-15-style rifle out of her car toward the singer’s Beverly Hills property.

Speaking with the Los Angeles Times, police sources said the bullets struck not only Rihanna’s home, but also an Airstream parked on the property. Rihanna and her partner, A$AP Rocky, were inside the Airstream at the time of the shooting and “easily could have been hit,” an official told the Times. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The shooter, identified as Ivanna Ortiz, has been charged with attempted murder and is being held on $10 million bond.
