Madonna Debuts New Song Alongside A Masked Addison Rae In West Hollywood

4 weeks ago 22

A new Madonna album rollout is officially underway. Confessions II, the sequel to 2005's Confessions On A Dance Floor, is arriving in July, and so far she's released the single "I Feel So Free" and performed the yet-to-be-released "Bring Your Love" with Sabrina Carpenter during the latter's Coachella Weekend 2 headlining set. Last night, Madge hosted the invite-only event Club Confessions Los Angeles at the the LGBTQ+ club the Abbey in West Hollywood, where she unveiled some more new music alongside another young pop star, Addison Rae.

The event was also a birthday party for the club's owner Tristan Schukraft (who received some celebratory spanking). There were performances from Romy Madley Croft of the xx, Mez Monty, and Confessions II producer Stuart Price, and Madonna joined Price at the DJ booth for about a half hour. Madonna proclaimed herself "mother" as Addison Rae, clad in an eye mask, joined her and hyped up the crowd, which reportedly included celebrities like Lily Allen, Julia Fox, and Tori Spelling.

Madonna's brief setlist included her Confessions On A Dance Floor hit "Hung Up," as well as "I Feel So Free" and another new unreleased song. Fans have claimed the new track is titled "Freedom," but Madonna already has a '90s song called "Freedom," so who knows? Either way, it seemed like an eventful night, and you can watch highlights below.
