Jeremy Strong has never had a reputation for being a lazy actor. But a new profile for GQ reveals just how committed the Succession star was his portrayal of Mark Zuckerberg in Aaron Sorkin’s upcoming The Social Reckoning. This included a 24/7 commitment to the Zuckerberg voice, even off set. This is a level of commitment, writer Alex Pappademas explains, that Strong takes on for all of his projects. (Strong only spoke with Pappademas in a Polish accent during their interview, because he’s currently locked into his character in the upcoming series adaptation of The Boys From Brazil.) “I don’t want it to feel like an accent,” Strong says in the piece. “I want it to just be a person, and that’s their voice — and our voice is the most individual thing about us.” Bradley Cooper, a friend of Strong’s, said “I enjoy very much talking to him when he’s in the throes of these other people… I love it.
