Inspector Spacetime and virgin orchestra to perform at Taste of Iceland showcase in London

Over the past twenty-five years, Taste of Iceland has been visiting cities across the USA, Canada, Germany and Japan. Its first-ever London event will be hosted in collaboration with music festival and industry conference Iceland Airwaves to present a showcase featuring pop band Inspector Spacetime and post-punk outfit virgin orchestra, two of Reykjavík's emerging talents. The showcase will take place at 10 September at Colours, Hoxton, with a limited number of free tickets available.

In addition to the showcase, Taste of Iceland will feature a range of events that are mostly free and available to the public. This includes a conversation between authors Yrsa Sigurðardóttir and Ragnar Jónasson about Icelandic crime fiction, a presentation from astronomy educator Sævar Helgi Bragason on the Northern Lights, and more.
