IndustryHours Teams Up with A Mind’s Pursuit for May 2026 Edition

A Mind’s Pursuit is taking over IndustryHours for a night during Mental Health Awareness Month for a conversation focused on mental health, leadership, community, and more.

Mental Health Awareness Month might be in its waning days, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t industry-related activities for everyone to attend on the topic. IndustryHours is continuing its push to bring dynamic conversations on important topics in the entertainment space to the forefront once again. This time around, A Mind’s Pursuit has teamed up with them for a full panel takeover on Wednesday, May 27.

A Mind’s Pursuit is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that launched in 2023 and is dedicated to changing the stigma surrounding mental health. Since their launch, they’ve curated programs and events that promote mindfulness, authenticity, self-awareness, self-esteem, and inner peace. This night in Los Angeles will be the latest step in their continued story.

Attendees will gain insight from the non-profit’s founder, Mikey Tableman, and its CEO, Sheela Abdi. Additionally, their Chief Growth & Culture Officer, Big Billy Clark; Chief Communications Officer, Nedda Soltani; and Director of Creative Production, Ben Meredith, will be present to share their stories and help guide aspiring industry members.

This month’s mixer will be held at District 7, located near the Arts District on the edge of Downtown Los Angeles. The new home for IndustryHours consists of three rooms and an outdoor smoking area, offering more space for attendees to mix and mingle. A curated bar, dinner, and live music will also be offered to attendees during the event, which runs from 7pm to 12:30am.
