The Inbetweeners reboot is said to be stalled due to an issue between stars Emily Atack and James Buckley, according to tabloid reports. It was revealed this month that the characters would be making a comeback in the form of a new movie for Netflix, however The Sun is reporting that the project is being delayed by a personal issue between Atack and Buckley. The outlets claims that Atack was absent from the films due to a previous romantic association with Buckley, who reportedly did not want her involved. The article then claims that this previous exclusion has left Atack in two minds as to whether or not to return as Charlotte, Will’s (Simon Bird) love interest in the show.
