Denzel Curry and Kenneth Blume to Reunite for New Album ii, Unleash “DIFFERENCE”: Stream

Denzel Curry and Kenneth Blume (fka Kenny Beats) are reuniting for a new album titled ii. It’s out August 21st via Loma Vista Recordings, but you can hear the first single, “DIFFERENCE,” below. ii is the rapper and producer’s second collaborative project after they first linked up on 2020’s UNLOCKED, demonstrating their musical growth in the time since then. For its recording, they worked solely on a Roland SP-404 beat machine and a “cheap mic,” according to a press release. In addition to Yebba, who guests on “DIFFERENCE,” the album features JPEGMAFIA and Westside Gunn. Pre-orders are ongoing.
