CZN return with new EP, Parallel Commutator

Parallel Commutator follows the trio's 2023 cassette project SSS, released on The Trilogy Tapes, and marks the launch of Orator — a new imprint from Turkish label Oath. Parallel Commutator features two extensive compositions that each run over fifteen minutes, with A-side "There's A Clown In My History" landing today. CZN combines Magaletti's fluid approach to percussion — as shown in her work as part of Moin, Vanishing Twin, Holy Twin, and more — with the structure of Filipe’s practice as a musician and instrument maker, while Marks sculpts the sound into what is described as an "exploration of percussion as both physical material and compositional force".
