1 week ago 23

Brighton Music Conference has unveiled the full schedule for its 2026 edition, giving attendees a complete look at its panels, workshops, mixers, and parties.

Returning to the Brighton seafront for its thirteenth year from May 20-23, Brighton Music Conference (BMC) 2026 will feature more than 240 speakers and artists across four theaters. Conversations range from artist development, A&R, sobriety in nightlife, tactile listening, and publishing to AI and the future of regional electronic scenes. Now, after announcing all the speakers a few weeks ago, the full schedule, topics, and list of participants have been released.

The wellbeing-focused Theatre One at The Tempest is packed with important conversations, including Mixing Kids & Music with Mini Da Minx, DJ Shanaz, Just Her, and Phil Hartnoll of Orbital, as well as Navigating Nightlife Sober featuring Brandon Block and Denis Sulta. Additionally, sessions on imposter syndrome, ADHD, sustainability, suicide prevention, and LGBTQI+ nightlife underline BMC’s broader effort to address the realities of life in and around dance music.

At Players, Theatre Two leans into hands-on education with practical workshops from names like Grahame Farmer, DJ Shorty, Saytek, Beardyman, and Madison True, alongside demos from AlphaTheta, Technics, Loopcloud, and Tribe XR. The workshop schedule also includes an R-Trybe live track feedback and production Q&A with Huxley and Ramin Rezaie. It’s the perfect place for up-and-coming producers or DJs to learn from folks who have been in the industry for a long while.

Theatre Three at Horizon brings together some of the conference’s biggest music-facing oppurtunities, including the Orbital keynote with Paul and Phil Hartnoll, a 30 Years of Hospital Records session with Chris Goss and Solah, an A&R/Get Signed panel featuring representatives from Critical Music, Armada, Ninja Tune, Overview Music, and Big Love, plus discussions on vocals, UKG, radio, podcasts, and self-releasing. Over at Quarters, Theatre Four rounds things out with a recording industry track covering publishing, sync, PR, label contracts, vinyl, AI, and the NTIA Electronic Music Report.

Outside of the talks, BMC26 also offers breakfast mixers, networking events, the Elemental x R-Trybe takeover at OHSO Social, and the official afterparty at Volks. Altogether, the week promises a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded folks from around Europe.

Tickets are still available on the Brighton Music Conference website. Be sure to check the additional add-ons if you want to attend a breakfast mixer!
