Black Flag Singer to Miss US Tour Due to Work Visa Issues, Replacement Named

The current version of Black Flag, featuring founding guitarist Greg Ginn alongside a Gen Z lineup of musicians, will be without their singer Max Zanelly for their upcoming US tour. In her place, vocalist London Downey has been tapped to front the band for the outing. Ginn posted a statement on Black Flag’s social media accounts announcing the temporary singer change: “Important notice: Our singer Max Zanelly has hit an issue regarding her work visa. Max is working on resolving the issue, but will not be able to sing on the upcoming tour. For the tour, our friend London Downey has stepped in on vocals. We are grateful for London’s willingness to participate on such short notice. He will do an amazing job.
