Arooj Aftab, Cécile McLorin Salvant and more star in music video for new L'Rain single, "borderline"

The accompanying video for the new track features a stacked ensemble cast, including jazz singer-songwriter Cécile McLorin Salvant, singer and composer Arooj Aftab, alt-R&B musician Tasha, visual and sound artist Rena Anakwe, and interdisciplinary artist E. Jane. The video centres around an ice block that shatters, as an ode to L'Rain's mother who loved chewing on ice, and who the project is named after.

L'Rain has also announced a run of autumn tour dates across North America, as well as an appearance at Unsound in Poland, and one UK date at the ICA in London on 14 October.
