The full lineup for the 2026 Fire in the Mountains festival has been revealed, and it’s absolutely stacked. The four-day fest features the return of Neurosis, a reunited Sixteen Horsepower, Baroness, Enslaved, YOB, Amigo the Devil, and many more acts.
Fire in the Mountains is set for July 23rd-26th at Red Eagle Campground in East Glacier, Montana, with tickets available here. Other bands on the bill include Borknagar, Agalloch, The Ruins of Beverast, SubRosa, Full of Hell, and more.
The return of Neurosis also comes with news that the influential post-metal band has a new singer, Aaron Turner of ISIS fame, and a surprise new album, An Undying Love for a Burning World, available to stream here. The Fire in the Mountains gig will be the band’s first show in seven years.
“It is a surreal and very exciting feeling to have this lineup complete, and to finally be able to utter the name ‘Neurosis’ out loud,” stated Shane McCarthy, Fire in the Mountains music curator. “Constructing this year’s lineup has been full of thrills, and ‘dreams do come true’ as so many different corners of music that sits comfortably in the realm of what Fire in the Mountains is has coalesced into something that feels special, and hard to even believe at times.”
Meanwhile, gothic-country band Sixteen Horsepower are playing their first show in 21 years, while the black-metal supergroup I (former Immortal members Abbath and Armagedda, along with Enslaved’s Ice Dale) are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their lone album, Between Two Worlds.
